The debriefing period allows the teacher to give students structured feedback on the simulation through a reflective approach for each of the clinical situations.

The teacher, group leader or supervisor chooses the scenarios from the list available according to the skills to be developed in their students or those to update for professionals.

During the first day of simulation, participants will have an orientation period that is essential in familiarizing them with the equipment, the environment and the limits of the simulator. This period will also be an opportunity to be reminded about the smooth running of the scenario and the main points specified in the confidentiality agreement signed beforehand.

Yes, with each visit, all students must sign the confidentiality agreement. We deem it important to formalize this mutual agreement between ESPA- Montréal and students. They commit themselves to not sharing the scenarios with others in order not to skew the upcoming simulation sessions for future students.
