ESPA-Montréal reserves the right to cancel courses if the number of registrations is deemed insufficient and/or to modify the course schedule with five (5) business days’ notice.
If you need to cancel your registration for a course, you must do so at least five (5) working days before the start of the activity at 100% of the course fee. No refunds will be made after this deadline.
All refund requests must be made by e-mail to ac.laertnomapse@ofni, indicating your name, the name and date of the activity, and the number of your payment receipt.
If the activity is cancelled by ESPA-Montréal, you may choose between registering at a later date or receiving a full refund. Refunds are made by cheque payable to the registrant.
